Guest count tiers help preserve the relaxed, retreat-style atmosphere while ensuring comfort, property care, and smooth event flow.
Staffing & Restroom Guidelines
To maintain guest comfort and property standards:
- Up to 55 Guests: No additional staffing required
- 56-85 Guests: Additional restroom access or rental may be recommended
- 86-100 Guests: Restroom rentals and event support staff may be required
- 101-125 Guests: Restroom rentals, event staff, and logistics planning required
Specific requirements will be outlined during booking based on event size, scope, and layout.

Vendor & Responsibility Policy
These services are not included in the venue rental cost.
Securing and contracting catering, mobile bar service, DJ or music vendors, tables, chairs, setup/tear-down, and post-event cleanup is the responsibility of the client.
French Country Manor Estate can coordinate services through preferred vendor partners, but all costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Clients and attendees must adhere to French Country Manor Estate rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event
Final guest count due 30 days prior to the event
Additional guests added within 30 days require cost adjustments
Events are intended to remain casual and retreat-style; high-impact/formal events are typically hosted at the Estate Bed & Breakfast and primary event venue
Weather-related cancellations are non-refundable; rescheduling may be aaccommodated based on availability
