Farm House Features
This classic early 1900s farmhouse offers eight well-appointed bedrooms with additional sleeping accommodations, with every space thoughtfully designed to preserve the historic charm of the home while offering today’s conveniences.
$495 Fridays & Saturdays, $465 Sunday-Thursday. Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Each additional guest beyond 12, up to the maximum occupancy of 22, is $45 per person, per night. Normal rates do not apply during holidays such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other special events.
- Check-in: 4:00–7:00 PM; please share your approximate arrival time within a 30-minute window.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM; place towels in tub, leave linens on beds, return chairs and keys if applicable.
- Rates: $45 per additional guest beyond 12
- Children: Historic Bed & Breakfast accommodations are for guests 12+; infants permitted.
- Pets: Service animals accepted; non-service pets by prior approval only.
- Smoking: Outdoors only where smoke will not re-enter the building; indoor smoking incurs a minimum $275 surcharge.
- Furniture: Do not move furniture other than chairs; return chairs to original placement.
- Safety: No candles or open flames permitted.
- Whirlpool Tub: Water must cover jets before operation.
- Bathroom Care: Do not flush sanitary products; use makeup removers before towels.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM; disturbing other guests may result in eviction without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations, reschedules, and reservation adjustments are subject to a $50 processing fee. Reservations made with less than 10 days’ notice cannot be cancelled. To receive a refund of your deposit (less the $50 fee), cancellation notice must be provided within the required timeframe: 10 days for standard Bed & Breakfast reservations, 30 days for full house rentals, and 30 days for holiday weekends or group reservations of 3 or more rooms. If required notice is not provided, refunds may be issued only if the reserved accommodations can be rebooked. Rescheduled reservations are also subject to the $50 fee.
