The Windows on the Stream Suite is a double room suite that features a loft bedroom with a Queen size bed and vaulted ceilings, main floor bedroom with a Queen size bed, alcoves, an interior stone wall, and large cozy window seats overlooking the millrace, stream, and upper gardens. The space includes red oak flooring, custom woodwork, couches, and a fireplace. The bedroom offers a hand-carved French Provincial queen-size bed, a wardrobe closet, and an original oriental carpet.

Room rules
$295 per night Fridays & Saturdays, $250 per night Sundays-Thursdays. Base rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional guest beyond 2, up to the maximum occupancy of 4, is $75 per person, per night. Normal rates do not apply during holidays such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other special events. A cleaning fee of $75 applies to each booked suite for reservations at The French Country Manor Estate Bed & Breakfast.

- Check-in: 4:00–7:00 PM; please share your approximate arrival time within a 30-minute window.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM; place towels in tub, leave linens on beds, return chairs and keys if applicable.
- Rates: Based on 2 guests; $75 per additional guest (3-4).
- Children: Historic Bed & Breakfast accommodations are for guests 12+; infants permitted.
- Pets: Service animals accepted; non-service pets by prior approval only.
- Smoking: Outdoors only where smoke will not re-enter the building; indoor smoking incurs a minimum $275 surcharge.
- Furniture: Do not move furniture other than chairs; return chairs to original placement.
- Safety: No candles or open flames permitted.
- Whirlpool Tub: Water must cover jets before operation.
- Bathroom Care: Do not flush sanitary products; use makeup removers before towels.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM; disturbing other guests may result in eviction without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations, reschedules, and reservation adjustments are subject to a $95 processing fee. Reservations made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be cancelled. To receive a refund of your deposit (less the $95 fee), cancellation notice must be provided within 30 days for all reservations. If required notice is not provided, refunds may be issued only if the reserved accommodations can be rebooked. Rescheduled reservations are also subject to the $95 fee.

Smooth Check-In Process
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and we ask that you provide your estimated arrival time. If you need to check in outside of this window, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 11:00 am, and we kindly ask that you leave used towels in the tub, return keys to the innkeeper, and leave linens on the beds for us to handle.
Flexible Cancellations
We understand plans may change and offer flexibility for cancellations. We require at least 30 days’ notice for all reservations to receive a full refund (minus a $95 fee). If you need to make changes, we are happy to reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability and a cancellation fee.
