Surrounded by open countryside and scenic landscapes, the home offers a peaceful retreat while remaining just one mile from the Enola Rail Trail. This classic early 1900s farmhouse features:
- Eight well-appointed bedrooms with additional sleeping accommodations:
- First floor living room: queen bed, couches, Smart TV with streaming service access, and board & card games for guest enjoyment. The living room can serve as an 8th bedroom if needed.
- Finished basement: two full-size beds, pool table, foosball, Smart TV with streaming services, serving as a 7th bedroom for larger groups.
- Second floor: four bedrooms each with queen-size beds and two full bathrooms.
- Third floor: two bedrooms each with a queen bed and single bed, with a shared full bathroom accessible via the hallway.
- Three and a half bathrooms

$495 Fridays & Saturdays, $465 Sunday-Thursday. Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Each additional guest beyond 12, up to the maximum occupancy of 22, is $45 per person, per night. Normal rates do not apply during holidays such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other special events.
- Check-in 4-7 PM, notify us of your arrival time.
- Check-out by 12 noon. Place towels in the tub and return keys.
- Pets not allowed.
- No children (except infants).
- Smoking: Outside only in designated areas; $250 surcharge for indoor smoking.
- Do not move the furniture (except chairs).
- No candles or open flames.
- $45 per additional guest beyond 12
- Must have water in whirlpool tub to operate.
- Damage charges for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
- Respect other guests; disturbing the peace may lead to eviction.
- Do not flush sanitary products; use makeup removers before towels.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations, reschedules, and adjustments to your reservation are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Reservations booked with less than 10 days' notice cannot be cancelled. If you must cancel or adjust your stay before your arrival, we require a cancellation notice ahead of time to receive a full refund. Standard reservations require 10 days' notice. Full house rental cancellations require 30 days' notice. Holiday weekends and group reservations of 3 or more rooms require 30 days' notice. Your deposit will be refunded, less the $35 cancellation fee. If we are not provided with the required advanced notice for a cancellation or shortened stay, we will provide a refund, less the $35 cancellation fee if your area can be rented to someone else. Reservations may be rescheduled within 10 days prior to the booked arrival date (prior to the cancellation period) but are subject to the $35 cancellation fee.
